Some customers may have noticed a brief (3 minute) period this morning when they were unable to access email/web sites hosted on our davros server. The reasons for this was that our server team were performing a operating system security update to ensure all our servers are secure and reliable. We appologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Some customers have reported problems accessing the Verrotech Control Panel over the last 24 hours. Our engineers have now resolved the problem.
If any issues are still being experienced pleased contact your Verrotech Account Manager or Support Representative so we can investigate further.

A software lockup combined with a PSU failure on manual reboot caused a temporary outage on our monitoring and some network operation systems over the last hour. This has been resolved and no users should have been affected. |

The UK migration to the Davros system has been completed. All services should now be restored and mail backlogs are clearing. Users experiencing problems other than slight mail delays should raise a support ticket. Support staff are available throughout the night to monitor the systems. |
