A further update to the major incident affecting a number of customers on our US (Hektor) platform: Most services are now available. DNS and Email are fully restored and operational. Owing to a combination of factors we are still working to restore some web content and database information. Once again PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES IF YOU SITE HAS BEEN AFFECTED UNTIL POSTED HERE. We hope to have web content fully restored in the next 60 minutes. Some customers may find some IP addresses have changed but this should not cause any problems. No mail or other data has been lost during this incident. |

We have now identified the root cause of the major failure still affecting a large number of customers on our US (Hektor) hosting platform. During the next few hours we hope to begin resolving this issue and restoring service. If you are affected by this issue and service is restored to your site please do not make any changes until we announce the full restoration via system status. |

Further to the previous announcement we can confirm a major fault affecting a large number of customers hosted on our US (Hektor) platform. This has been raised to a priority 1 issue and we are working to resolve the problem.
Delays in support may also be experienced owing to the high level of enquiries relating to this problem.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will post further updates as and when appropriate. |

Some customers may have noticed a brief (3 minute) period this morning when they were unable to access email/web sites hosted on our davros server. The reasons for this was that our server team were performing a operating system security update to ensure all our servers are secure and reliable. We appologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
