1. Which System am I On?
You can use the 'Which System?' tool on the VerroTech Online Support Tools page (http://www.verrotech.com/support/tools.php).

2. I need Support, who do I contact?
You can contact VerroTech support direct by email at support@verrotech.com or raise a support request online (http://www.verrotech.com/support/request.php). You will be issued a Support Ticket Number. You may input this into the online Support Website (above) to review the progress of your support request.

3. What additional services can VerroTech provide?
VerroTech provide a wide range of add-on services for our hosting customers as well as a range of other products and services. Add-on web services include ASP, SSI, CGI, Server Java, Shell and data services. Examples of our non-hosting products include the MultiWeb routeing solution and network consultancy. 4. Do VerroTech provide back-end database provision?
Yes, VerroTech can very easily enable a MySQL or PostgreSQL account for you, and are always willing to consider installing additional software to meet customer requirements. For details, please email sales@verrotech.com.

5. Do VerroTech provide web-design services?
VerroTech do not currently offer in-house web design services, but are in contact with a number of affiliate resellers who we know to provide an excellent service. If you would like to be put in contact with one of our recommended web designers, please email sales@verrotech.com.

6. How do I access my webspace?
Access to your webspace is usually via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). You connect using your Website Server (such as www.verrotech.com) for the FTP Server Name and the username/ password provided with your hosting account. Web pages are uploaded into the 'web' directory. A more detailed guide to uploading your content can be found in the Hosting Usage Guide.

7. How do I receive email?
Email for your domain can either be picked up via POP3 or forwarded to another email address. By default all email to anyone@yourdomain.com will be delivered to one main account. You can receive this mail by configuring an Email client (such as Outlook Express) and using the relevant mail server (this information is provided with your domain registration). A more detailed guide to configuring Email Clients is available in the Hosting Email Client Setup Guide and specific information on the options available in the Hosting Usage Guide.

8. How can I add more POP3 mailboxes?
POP3 Mailboxes must be requested via the Online Support System. Please provide details of your domain name, the required incoming address (eg sales@domain.com) and the action (a POP3 mailbox or mail forwarding including destination address).

9. Can I have mail forwarded to another address?
